Course Overview

You know where the problems show up in your business. Sales blames production. Production says they didn't get the right information. Projects run over budget, service becomes reactive, and the owner gets pulled into decisions the team should be able to make.  But knowing where problems show up and understanding what's actually causing them are two different things.

That's what the G.U.I.D.E. Business Audit is designed to uncover.

Over five weekly, 60-minute sessions, we'll look at how work moves through your business, from generating demand and winning projects to engineering, production, and ongoing service.

Using an interactive audit tool, you'll evaluate how things actually work today, identify where work breaks down, and build a practical strategy to address the issues creating the most friction.

We'll focus on three types of operational gaps:

-Bottlenecks: Work that depends on one person to keep moving.

-Breakdowns: Work that gets done but fails, gets delayed, or has to be redone.

-Blind Spots: Work that isn't happening or has no clear owner.

We'll also explore the checkpoints, communication habits, and information systems that help prevent these problems from repeating.

This isn't five weeks of lectures about processes. It's a guided working program where you'll audit your own company, compare experiences with other integration business owners, and identify practical changes you can make with the team and tools you already have.

The goal is simple: Make the invisible work visible so you know what to fix, where to start, and who's responsible.

Program Format

Each session combines a short teaching segment, guided independent work using the online G.U.I.D.E. Business Audit portal, and facilitated group discussion.

Participants are encouraged to review their findings with their leadership teams between sessions, but additional work is optional.
